This lake house located just outside Washington D.C was designed to rest and recharge. After decluttering it from busy architectural details and furnishings we filled it with a mix of contemporary pieces that feel like a retreat.

An inspiring view and our client's fabulous art collection called for a traditional look with a bold twist.
