STYLING THE HOLIDAYS @ west elm
Hi everyone!
Happy first Monday of 2015! I have many plans for Splendor this year and hope we can connect again and much more often. 2014 was full of challenges and adventures. One of my last projects of the year was this #ohsofun event for members of the Junior League of Washington that took place at the new westelm in DC. If you don't know yet, pay attention to this: westelm has a FABULOUS approach to collaborate with local creatives and initiatives. They opened their doors to us that night, and I got to play with everything in their christmas collection to create holiday table set ups! I mean... it was RIDICULOUSLY fun! Take a look! :)

I created two different set ups: one for a semi formal sit-down dinner party; and a second one for a round buffet table - my favorite when having more than 8 guests at once. We talked about pretty plates, layering pieces, easy flower arrangements and personalized details you can make at home.
AND! we got to enjoy delicious holiday treats made by Jess from The Dining Traveler, as well as yummy cocktails from Deep Eddy Vodka.
It was definitely a happy way to share the Holiday spirit and cheer with style! Thanks so much to all of you who joined me that night - and especially to my good friend Armando who came to take some cool pictures of the event. I truly had a blast and hope you did too!
