DESIGN GIVES BACK - ROOM TO REBLOOM
Hi there!
I have some exciting news I want to share with you. As you may know, besides my work as a freelance decorator and stylist, I do have a day job as a gender and violence prevention expert in DC. Yes, keeping up with both of them is as busy (and as demanding) as it sounds, but I'm very passionated about what I do :)
For some time I've been trying to find a way to connect both my interests, and I felt the luckiest person when I came across Room to Rebloom. This fantastic organization believes in the power and impact of interior design to change and inspire personal growth. Especially, helping women and children survivors of domestic violence and creating a healing home environment to help rebuild their lives. How amazing is that?! 💕 Obviously, I contacted them immediately and luckily they were looking for some designers! So, I will be in charge of refreshing one unit for a lovely lady and her two kids.
I'm excited and humbled to be part of this effort, and certainly will love to get some extra help! There are so many ways in which you can lend a hand. If you are interested in knowing more about the project, or are able to volunteer for some hands-on design related work please contact me! I would LOVE to tell you more :)
