Hi there!
It's been FOREVER since I sat down to write a blog post. And I'm so happy it's to share this project with you all!
A fun transformation in a small rental apartment in Adams Morgan. My client wanted to give her place a fresh new start that invites to relax after a long day of work, and reflects her love for shiny accessories ;)
We had tons of fun transforming her living room. We got rid of chunky dark furniture and added some clean lines with light grays and metallic touches. Placing shelves on the wall helped having a more open floor plan. While a mix of blue, gray and cooper makes the room look brighter and much more interesting. We were so happy with the final result!
Don't let a rental stop you from creating a stylish home. You can accomplish this by investing in key pieces that you love and that are more likely to be reused once you move. A couch, for example, is always a great investment! Go for smaller sizes to make sure it fits in different rooms.
My favorite piece is the mirrored cabinet that serves as pretty storage to hide TV accessories and cables. You can never have too many mirrors in a room. What do you think?
