Healthy Breakfast
Happy Monday, people!
I hope all of you had 1. A great weekend, and 2. Time to enjoy breakfast this morning. I know, sometimes one has to leave the house in a rush, but hey! If you have 3 extra minutes you can make this happen:
- 1 cup of papaya
- 2 tbsp of plain or greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp of honey
If you want to add energy to your breakfast, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Delicious!
