Splendor Styling x Bernhardt - A Match Made in Heaven!
If it wasn’t obvious enough from our portfolio projects, we love incorporating Bernhardt’s luxury pieces into our client's homes, and so do our clients. From custom upholstered furniture, statement mirrors, accent pieces and pillows - Bernhardt always bring that extra level of luxuriousness and elegance that every room deserves.
The Bernhardt pieces we selected for this project either served as a focal point in a room, or as an essential supporting element. Pictured below is this breath-taking foyer, a space with high ceilings and a two door entry, requiring a piece of furniture to match the grandness of it all. Called the “Arctic Table” the name is fitting as the glass top and base have a translucent quality that is captivating, and demands to be noticed as soon as the client or their guests step into the home.

The clients also emphasized the importance of function and beauty when selecting the accent seating in their living room, and we knew a Bernhardt swivel chair is what they were needing in their lives! In this case, we used the “Sabine Swivel Chair” (now discontinued, but very similar to the “Sabrina Swivel Chair”), and reupholstered it in this art deco-inspired fabric to match the client’s aesthetic, and add uniqueness to a classic frame.

A bachelor pad intended to be the social hub for the clients’ friends and family, we wanted to create spaces that exuded elegance, but also invited users to relax and lounge. The “Kingston Chairs”, shown below are the first pair of seating off from the stairwell that enters into the space we dubbed the Grand Room. Bernhardt pieces are adaptable to any style, and to fit the more masculine feel of this home, we chose to reupholster these tall hammer-head chairs in a timeless geometric fabric. Creating the perfect nook for a more intimate conversation, or perhaps just to admire the stunning view of the 13 foot, floor-to-ceiling windows that look out into the clients’ stunning nature filled backyard, these chairs were a must.

Also pictured, are the “Dekker Chairs” accompanied by the “Linea Side Table” in what is known as the Game Room. The handsome leather arms of the chairs accompanied by the bold shape of the side table, contrasted beautifully with the gold-speckled wallpaper backdrop. The perfect place to sip on a cocktail and partake in a game or two.
